You should learn to respect yourself.

It's easy to say and write this but it's quite hard to practice.

Few months back, one of the Foreign Engineering Manager on my project site, told me that, the Bangladeshis are better than Malaysians in construction.

Told me about how their company build a 2000 bed hospital with the help of Bangladesh people with ease.

Few weeks back there was a crisis at my site, but after checking I found that the problems was not from our side, so I told them they were wrong.

Instead, they told me it was me who was wrong, and their salary is bigger than mine.

I told them I will f88k off from the site.

The site had barred me from entering the site ever since, but I'm still working with my company, involved in-directly with the project.

I come to work, not to be looked down.

Did I resign? Nope.

Did my company kick me out? Nope.

I just told everyone, I did nothing wrong, and if they thought so, then feel free to let me f88k off.

It was during the same period, I told anyone, and I mean anyone, who step out from the line of respect, to go f88k off from my life.

Reflecting on this tonight, I found that even though I lose quite a number of people, I had finally found myself.

Seriously, respect yourself. Be fully determined to respect yourself.
